中文简体 Custom neodymium magnets are used in a variety of industries including the aerospace and defense industry, the automotive and transportation industry, consumer products, computers, sensor magnets, permanent magnet motors, the oil and gas industry, the communications industry, medical, and more.
Neodymium magnets are known for being the strongest magnetic material. Composed of neodymium, iron, and boron, these rare earth magnets exhibit the highest maximum energy product of all available permanent magnet materials. They are powerful, affordable, and suitable for use in environments up to 200 °C. Due to their high strength, neodymium magnets of very small size can still provide very high performance. The biggest weakness of neodymium magnets is that they are susceptible to corrosion if exposed to the elements - however, this problem can be easily solved by adding a protective coating (usually nickel) to protect the magnets from corrosion. Additionally, the correct grade of neodymium must be selected to prevent demagnetization at the application's operating temperature.
We are able to supply neodymium magnets in rings, blocks, discs, arcs, triangles, trapezoids, and many other shapes and sizes. While the standard coating is nickel, neodymium magnets can also be coated with zinc, tin, copper, aluminum, epoxy, gold, and silver.
